No lead left without an answer
Most lost deals are lost to slow replies and forgotten follow-ups, not to price. In Müşavir WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, email and live chat conversations land in one list, each lead is routed to the right person by rule, first-response time is tracked and the quote goes out from the same record.

Where deals slip away
- Messages are spread across phones and accounts, and nobody knows who should reply.
- A conversation from an ad looks like any other message and its source is lost.
- The quote template is in one document and prices in a spreadsheet; the exchange rate is redone for every quote.
- Follow-up after a quote happens only if someone remembers.
One unbroken line from message to sale
When a conversation arrives a lead is created, a routing rule hands it to the right rep and the first-response clock starts. The quote is built from the catalogue, the customer accepts by link, and the accepted quote moves to contract, e-signature and then a sale.
- Owner-defined lead routing rules and first-response time (SLA) tracking
- Recognition of ad-driven conversations and source tracking
- Catalogue items, currency conversion, instalment plan, VAT and branded PDF
- Quote expiry, reminders and change history
A sales rep's week with Müşavir
- Monday 09:00
- Checks the inbox summary: 14 new today, 9 answered, 5 waiting, with the longest wait shown.
- Monday 09:10
- Replies to an ad-driven lead routed to them, with the CRM card open next to the conversation.
- Tuesday
- Builds a quote from three catalogue items and an add-on; the EUR price converts to TL at the current rate, and the link goes out.
- Wednesday
- The customer opens the quote, fills in their details and accepts; the contract goes to e-signature.
- Thursday
- Sees that reminders went out automatically for quotes about to expire, calls two customers and logs notes.
- Friday
- Reviews first-response times and accepted quotes with their manager in the weekly report.
Before and after
| With personal phones and spreadsheets | With Müşavir |
|---|---|
| Messages on different phones, unclear who replies. | All channels in one list, routed by rule. |
| Nobody knows how long the first reply took. | First-response time is measured and reported for every lead. |
| The quote document is copied and edited every time. | Items come from the catalogue; VAT and exchange rates calculate themselves. |
| Acceptance arrives by email and the contract is prepared separately. | The customer accepts by link; contract and e-signature in the same flow. |
| Follow-up happens if someone remembers. | Expiry and reminders are set on the quote itself. |
| Won deals are reported to accounting separately. | An accepted quote becomes a sale, and the sale links to the invoice. |
Where the AI helps
The sales advisor assistant
The assistant reads conversation history and quote records and prepares drafts. Messages to customers are sent with your approval.
- "Which leads are waiting for a reply today, and which has waited longest?"
- "Draft a quote based on this conversation."
- "List the quotes sent last week that were never opened."
- "Write a short reminder for the quote that expires tomorrow."
Frequently asked questions
How do lead routing rules work?
The owner or a manager defines the rules; leads are assigned to a rep by channel, source or rotation. First-response time is measured from the moment of assignment.
Can we connect our own WhatsApp account?
Yes. Each company connects its own WhatsApp and live chat accounts, and conversations are listed in Müşavir's inbox.
Does the customer need an account to accept a quote?
No. The customer opens the shared link, fills in their details and accepts. On acceptance the contract can be sent for e-signature.
Can reps see each other's customers?
You decide the scope. With the own-records scope each rep sees only their own leads and customers.
Where are message contents stored?
The conversations themselves stay in the messaging account you connected; Müşavir keeps a preview and metadata to list them.
