Sales and services

Every service in one flow, from sale to delivery

In Müşavir each sale is a numbered record with one or more services underneath. Each service moves through defined statuses from contract to completion, and every change is logged with who and when. The instalment plan, reminders and payments live inside the same sale.

Every status change is in the sale history

What slips after the sale closes

  • Once the sale is made, the stage of the service lives only in one person's head.
  • Was the contract signed, the invoice issued, the payment received? That means checking three places.
  • Instalment due dates sit in a calendar or spreadsheet; when a reminder is forgotten, payment is late.
  • When a stage changes, it is unclear who does the next job.

A sale with a clear status, owner and money trail

A sale opens from an accepted quote or by hand. Services move through the status flow, and templates create the task needed at each status automatically. Instalments are reminded before they fall due, and payments post to the invoice and the current account.

  • Sale numbers in the ST-2026-00001 format
  • A status flow and audit trail per service
  • Service templates that open tasks by status
  • Instalment plans, pre-due reminders, payment tracking

How it works

  1. 1

    The sale opens

An accepted quote becomes a sale with its lines and instalment plan, or you create the sale by hand.

  2. 2

    The service moves forward

Statuses such as contract, signature, form, invoice, payment, appointment and completed are marked in order.

  3. 3

    Tasks open on their own

The service template assigns the work for each status to the right person as a task.

  4. 4

    The money is tracked

Before an instalment falls due the customer gets an email or SMS; the payment posts to the invoice and the current account.

Everything the after-sale process needs

Services under a sale

A sale can hold several services, each moving at its own status with its own owner.

Audit trail

Every status change is written to the sale history with the person, date and note.

Service templates

Define the status flow per service type and the tasks each status opens, once.

Instalment reminders

The customer gets an email or SMS before the due date, and every send is logged.

Payment tracking

Partial and full payments post to the invoice and reach the current account through double-entry records.

Sale notes and appointments

Notes and appointments for the sale sit in the same record and show on the customer card too.

Where the AI helps

See where things are stuck with the operations assistant

The operations assistant reads the status history of open sales and surfaces the work that is waiting.

  • Answers "Which services have been in the same status for a week?" with a list.
  • Drafts reminder messages for overdue instalments; they go out only after you approve.
  • Builds trigger and action automations: e.g. an invoice 15 days overdue opens a task for the owner.
  • Shows which sale and service records each answer was built from.

Frequently asked questions

Can I define the service statuses myself?

Yes. In the service template you set the status flow and the tasks each status opens. Different service types, such as consulting and appointment tracking, can have different flows.

How does a sale connect to an invoice?

You issue the invoice from inside the sale; the invoice and its payments show on the sale record. The invoice creates its journal entry automatically.

When do instalment reminders go out?

An email or SMS goes to the customer on the day you choose before the due date. Your company's connected email and SMS accounts are used; if none is connected, the platform's own service steps in.

Can I limit who sees which sales?

Yes. Permission for the sales module is given per person with an 'own' or 'all' scope.

What happens to a cancelled sale?

The sale moves to cancelled and its history is kept. If an invoice was issued, a return or cancellation is handled separately in accounting.
