Service catalog and packages
Define packages and add-ons in the catalog; price, VAT and currency conversion are calculated on the quote.
Industry: Consulting
A consulting sale starts with a quote but does not end there: a contract is signed, documents are requested, invoices go out, installments are tracked and every client file sits at a different stage. Müşavir turns the accepted quote into a sale, the sale into a service status flow, and shows who does what at every step.

Log the request
A request from the web form, WhatsApp or phone opens as a lead, with its source and assigned consultant.
Send a package quote
Pick the service package and add-ons from the catalog, attach an installment plan and send it as a branded PDF and shareable link.
Contract and e-signature on acceptance
The client fills in their details through the link and accepts; a contract is created and sent for e-signature via İmzala.
Sale and service status flow
The accepted quote becomes a sale. The service moves through contract, signature, form, invoice, payment, appointment and completed, and every change is logged.
Tasks tied to stages
When the status changes, the service template opens a task for the consultant: request documents, check the form, confirm the appointment.
Invoices and installment collection
Each installment is invoiced, an email or SMS reminder goes out before the due date and the payment is posted to the current account.
Worked example
In this example the firm sends about 60 quotes a month. The standard package is 24,000 TL + VAT and document preparation is an extra 6,000 TL + VAT. A client accepts a 30,000 TL + VAT quote in three installments; the contract goes out for e-signature the same day, a sale opens and the service moves to 'Awaiting signature'. Three days before the second installment the client gets an SMS reminder; if payment does not arrive, a task lands with the consultant. Figures are illustrative.

When price or scope changes, both versions stay on record, so it is clear which version the client agreed to.
Who changed each stage, and when, is visible on the sale.
Contracts, ID and form documents sit in the files on the client card, with PDF preview.
Where the AI helps
The assistant reads the lead's messages and the packages in your catalog to draft a quote.
When preparing the quote you set the number of installments and due dates. Once the client accepts, the plan moves to the sale and reminders and collection tracking start for each due date.
E-signature runs through the İmzala integration. Your company connects its own İmzala account on the integrations page, and the credentials are stored encrypted.
Yes. In service templates you define the stages and the tasks to open at each stage.
The permission model lets you set the scope to 'own' or 'all'. A consultant can be limited to the clients and sales assigned to them while a manager sees everything.
