Tasks

Tasks that sit next to the record they belong to

In Müşavir a task never floats on its own: the customer, sale or invoice it was opened for is shown on the task. The weekly board shows who is working on what, monthly routines are defined once, and finished work shows up in the report.

Why follow-up breaks down

  • Tasks live in chat groups and notebooks, and who owns them is forgotten.
  • Finding which customer or invoice a task was about means clicking through separate screens.
  • The same monthly jobs (VAT preparation, payroll, reconciliation) have to be remembered from scratch every month.
  • At the end of the week, what was done and what slipped is answered with a guess in the meeting.

A repeatable plan tied to your records

Tasks are laid out in columns on a weekly board and linked to records such as customers, leads, sales, quotes and invoices. A record's detail page lists its tasks, and each task links back to the record. Recurring tasks follow the calendar, and templates are created in one click.

  • Weekly board, labels, members and comments
  • Links to CRM, sales and accounting records
  • Recurring tasks and multi-task templates
  • Completed, overdue and open task reports

How it works

  1. 1

    Open a task

Enter a title, owner, due date and priority, and link the task to the related customer, sale or invoice.

  2. 2

    Work it on the board

Move the card between columns and add comments and labels. The assignee and members get an email notification.

  3. 3

    Set the repeat

Define daily, weekly or monthly work once, and the tasks open themselves on the day.

  4. 4

    Report on the week

See completed, overdue and open tasks by person and label on the report screen.

Everything task follow-up needs

Weekly board

Cards arranged by week, drag-and-drop status changes, priority and due date.

Linked records

Link a task to a customer, lead, sale, quote, invoice or another task, and reach it from both sides.

Members, labels and comments

Multiple members, coloured labels and a comment thread on each task; every change is kept in the task history.

Recurring tasks

Define a daily, weekly or monthly rule, and tasks are created in the morning when they are due.

Multi-task templates

Turn checklists such as onboarding, month-end close or new client setup into a set of tasks in one click.

Reports and notifications

Completed and overdue work by person, label and date, plus email notifications for assignments and comments.

Where the AI helps

The operations assistant opens tasks for you

The operations assistant and automations create tasks from events in your records. Task creation stays internal; anything sent outside still waits for your approval.

  • Opens preparation tasks for the sale when a quote is accepted.
  • Creates a collection task when an invoice is more than 15 days overdue.
  • Answers "Who has overdue work this week?" with a task list.
  • Summarises a long comment thread and suggests the next step.

Frequently asked questions

Which records can a task be linked to?

Records across the platform, chiefly customers, leads, sales, quotes, invoices and other tasks. The linked record's detail page lists its tasks.

How are recurring tasks created?

You define the rule once (for example, the 20th of every month). On the day, the task opens in the morning and the owner is notified.

What is the difference between a template and a recurring task?

A recurring task reopens one job on a schedule. A template creates several steps at once whenever you choose, for example six tasks for a new hire.

Do team members see only their own tasks?

You set the scope: a member can see only their own tasks or every task in the company. Owners and admins see everything.
