Documents next to the customer they belong to

In Müşavir every company has its own storage space. You upload contracts, passport copies, bank receipts and reports into folders, and documents belonging to a customer also appear on that customer's record. No more hunting across shared drives, email attachments and phone galleries.

Why documents go missing

  • Three versions of the same contract sit in email, on a desktop and in a messaging app.
  • Finding a customer's document means guessing file names in a shared folder.
  • Documents uploaded to personal cloud accounts become unreachable when an employee leaves.
  • Who may see which file is managed by hand through folder sharing.

Separate storage per company, protected by permissions

Files are kept in the space set aside for your company and protected by the platform's role and module permissions. You build the folder structure; the files section on a customer's page writes to the same space, so a document is found both in its folder and on the customer record.

  • Company storage space and folders
  • Drag-and-drop upload, files up to 50 MB
  • PDF and image preview, renaming
  • Customer files on the customer record

How it works

  1. 1

    Set up folders

Create folders such as contracts, receipts and personnel documents, and organise them with subfolders.

  2. 2

    Upload

Drag and drop files or pick them to upload. Files up to 50 MB are accepted.

  3. 3

    Attach to a customer

A document uploaded from the files section on a customer's page is kept in that customer's folder.

  4. 4

    Preview and find

Open PDFs and images full screen without downloading, and rename or delete them when needed.

Everything document order needs

Storage per company

Each company's files stay in its own space, and users of another company cannot reach them. If you manage several companies, each has a separate space.

Folders

A folder structure as deep as you need; empty folders can be deleted so files stay tidy.

Drag-and-drop upload

Drop several files at once, up to 50 MB per file.

Preview

Full-screen preview with a PDF viewer and image gallery, without downloading.

Customer files

A customer's documents on their detail page, with upload and preview in the same place.

Permissions and storage quota

Access to files follows role and module permissions. Storage per plan: Starter 1 GB, Business 5 GB, Professional 20 GB.

Where the AI helps

The AI reads your documents

The assistants read the invoices, statements and receipts you upload and suggest turning them into records; you approve each record.

  • Reads an incoming invoice and drafts the expense with supplier and VAT details.
  • Splits a bank statement into lines, ready for matching.
  • Answers "Where is Deniz Textile's signed contract?" with a link to the file.
  • Document reading uses credits per page; your quota is shown on the usage screen.

Frequently asked questions

How large can a single file be?

Up to 50 MB per file. Total space depends on your plan: Starter 1 GB, Business 5 GB, Professional 20 GB.

Where are my files stored?

In a data centre in Germany, in the storage space set aside for your company. Files are not exposed to the browser directly; they are served only through requests that pass a permission check. Details are on the security page.

Can everyone on my team see every file?

No. Access to the Files module is set by roles and permissions; owners and admins decide on the team screen what members can see.

Do I need to upload customer documents twice?

No. A document uploaded from the files section on a customer's page is written to the same storage space and also appears in the folder view.
